However, we understand that circumstances may arise where cancellations or refunds are requested. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Foreign Prep uses Stripe as its payment gateway, ensuring secure transactions. We accept payments through the following methods:
Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others)
Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
Internet Banking
All transactions made through our website are encrypted and secure.
Once a student has successfully enrolled in any of our courses, an official confirmation will be sent via email. Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
Students can request a cancellation before attending their first class. In such cases, a partial refund may be processed after deducting an administrative fee.
If a student has attended three or more classes, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations must be requested via email at info@foreignprep.com with valid proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed only for technical issues that prevent students from accessing the course content.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Digital products such as recorded courses and study materials are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with teaching style or course content.
No refunds will be provided for missed live sessions.
If a student fails to attend scheduled classes without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling options will be available.
